Penile necrosis due to monopolar cauterization during circumcision is a rare complication and may cause organ loss. When applied on an end-organ, current flows through the and, causes disruption of blood flow oxidative stress. injury include skin, glans cavernous bodies. Injury can be limited with help medical treatment hyperbaric oxygen treatment, but eventually need for reconstruction arises. Some case reports application feminizing genitoplasty after total loss are present literature. However, lengthening penis via dissection cavernous bodies skin graft seems more appropriate as method reconstruction. At this report, three-year old male who had penile having circumcised at another center will discussed under light As soon patient was hospitalized, started. However circulation necrotic tissue didn’t improve part were debrided. After debridement, two centimeters body remained. Once tissues recovered, second operation, dissected pubic arms applied. result, five achieved. Post-operatively no problem encountered discharged 23 days circumcision.
